At Aku Woodpanel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your interior transformation. If your wood panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse address.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the panels in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit, as items must be in resellable condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at a local carrier; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned panels, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
